I am so pleased with the excellent and professional treatment I received from Gabriela Santillan with Care Patrol. She returns my calls promptly. She answered all of my questions and concerns and she is so kind and she has so much compassion. Gabriella has also been so understanding and patient with me regarding ALL of my many questions. Plus she has been very gentle and sweet with my sister during this transition. I will recommend CarePatrol to anyone who needs assistance with Assisted care living. Cynthia was wonderful. I had no idea where to start, and had a very short time frame as my Uncle was being released from rehab and could not go back to living on his own. I was lost and Cynthia showed me several places that could work even on his very limited budget. I HIGHLY recommend Care Patrol!

I live in the state of New York, and was not able to go and help my brother when he really needed it.. Mark stepped in and did everything necessary to get him situated where he can have the help he needs.

Jim Everson with CarePatrol in Columbus, OH was wonderful. He lined up visits quickly when we needed to place our dad (who had dementia and physical limitations) in care and knew places we were not familiar with. We chose one of the first 3 facilities we saw and were happy with our choice. Then 2 months later when we needed to place our mom, he came to the rescue again. She is enjoying her apartment, the staff, and especially the food. (Jim knew that was important to her.) I am so thankful to have been referred to CarePatrol! Had I not asked for suggestions from a friend who had placed her husband in care, I would have never heard of this wonderful service.
