Susan Nichols has helped our family two times, first with my 93 year old Mother, who needed memory care and second, with my brother-in-law, who needed senior housing. Both times, she has been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Further, Susan has amazed me with the speed in which she makes the appointments to visit various communities; she listened to our needs and within a day or two, we were visiting the communities that she felt met those needs. The places she found for our loved ones have been perfect fits! I honestly cannot say enough about what a wonderful service Care Patrol is because of your superb representative, Susan Nichols! Bonnie and her staff were supportive and asked questions of caregivers that my family did not think to ask. My Dad needed a place to stay sooner than later so a quick decision had to be made. Still we were provided with great options. He’s safe, cared for and happy.

Care Patrol helped us find the perfect Memory Care unit for our Mother. It gives us great relief every time we visit and see how well cared for she is. Our Care Patrol advisor went with us to the facility to make sure our needs would be met, gave us information on programs that might help off-set some of the expense and really listened to and addressed our concerns. A great service!

Jeff was wonderful with suggestions and on time appointments. He even did a follow up visit after we had my Aunt moved in. We have already recommended him to a friend.

Steve Garrett was awesome. We discussed the situation, where the best area of placement would be, and in just a day or two, we were all set. The resident is happy and content in his new home. Steve checked back with me several times to be sure the placement was working out. I'd highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone!
