Rich Curry was a Godsend to my family during a very difficult time. My parents were no longer able to be in their home for some time but adamantly refused to consider assisted living. Rich was referred to us by their primary care physician. He visited my parents with my brother, sister, and I present. Rich projected calm and levelheadedness despite my father's extreme agitation and hostility to the notion of moving to assisted living. He quickly identified a facility that would be a good fit for my parents. Long story short, my parents are in assisted living and my siblings and I now rest soundly knowing they are safe in their new apartment. I recommend Rich and CarePatrol without the slightest hesitation.

I was overwhelmed with the outstanding service we received by Care Patrol and more specifically Maryann Pickell. We had an incident with our mother and needed to work on getting her in an assisted care facility that was going to care for her as needed and within her financial means. I made a phone call to Maryann and received a call back the next day. Maryann made arrangements immediately to see several facilities in our area. She gave us several options and even mentioned one that we did not select as something we would want to consider. She was absolutely right. It turns out that this was the one we selected. Maryann met with us to escort us to each facility. She was informative and she shared information on each without bias. It was an incredible experience and we accomplished our goal within days. Taking care of an elderly parent is difficult and looking for a facility for her to live in and be cared for is very stressful and concerning. Care Patrol and Maryann took all those fearful emotions away. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was and how relieved we are to know our mother is moving to a caring, clean, and well ran facility.
