Both my mom and dad have been hospitalized at the same time for different issues. I was referred to CarePatrol by a neighbor and reached out and worked with Veronica. I can't say enough about the professionalism that they've shown. I am very passionate about my parents, and after working with other agencies, working with CarePatrol was like a "breath of fresh air." They got me. Veronica listened and understood they types of facilities I wanted for my dad in particular. And even though our circumstances changed mid-process, all of the facilities referred were places I felt very comfortable placing dad. CarePatrol is a great resource, compassionate, and Caring.
