Tammy is Amazing!!! Without a definite diagnosis, or knowing where to start, I was becoming overwhelmed with what care my ill father needed. Tammy helped identify personal care homes that could meet my father's needs, within our budget, and even close to my home. I was able to personally tour the homes, meet and interview the caregivers, and decide which home suited my father the best. There were a few wrinkles with the hospice company, but Tammy was right there to help us iron them out. She does not just leave you once placement is made. She followed up with me several times to insure everything was going smoothly. And their services are free to caregivers and patients!!

Mike really know his stuff. He provided multiple facilities for us to review and made several visits with us. He was able to find us a great place that was within our budget and made several other helpful suggestions as well.

We were initially told at Sarasota Memorial that we were on a list for respite centers for my mother. Three days before her discharge at the rehab center, we were told ,"There is no list." You have to find a place yourself. My sister and I were freaked out because we are from MI and did not know the area. Brittany from CarePatrol to the rescue. She called us immediately, was so understanding, set up two appointments for the next day and we were able to choose a great facility for our mom...The Heron Club. Thank you CarePatrol.

We were in the process of talking with Sandi for a move with my husband’s mom from several hundred miles away when my mom had a mental health crisis in another state and moved very quickly to be near us. Sandi has been instrumental in us making informed decisions for both moms, and she does it with kindness, patience, joy, compassion and a body of knowledge that we might never otherwise have access to. Her personal touch pairs so well with her acumen and connection about the local senior community to make us feel at ease, known and confident in our decisions.

Excellent referral source for research on the care of our aging family or friends. CarePatrol was a huge blessing while trying to navigate through the options for my 95-year old cousin in AZ. Especially since I am a resident in CA and knew little about AZ and the various options. Through two CarePatrol staff I received several options, visited their suggested private home options for LTC, and feel very lucky to have found a beautiful home with loving care.

Terri and Mike Harvey have been our "go to" team for several years now when we are in search of a clean, safe, and loving environment for our parents. It's very hard to come to the realization that your loved one may need 24 hour care to ensure their health and safety and that you may not be able to provide what they need. Compounded with medical issues that often time plague the elderly, it can become overwhelming to find a place that you can rely on to handle all of their psychological and medical needs. Terri has always been a trusted friend in helping our family seek out homes and make these difficult decisions. She showed us several homes and gave us her honest opinions on them based on her experience. All of the homes she suggested were clean, safe, and owned by folks that really care about their residents. If we ever have further need to find housing for our senior loved ones I wouldn't hesitate to call Terri. She and Mike and Care Patrol are amazing!
