Care Patrol - Prescott Valley, AZ Mark did an excellent job relocating my 95 year old mother. He showed us a number of options in our budget and was very knowledgeable about what was available in our area. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

Sharon was awesome. She repeatedly went outside and walked all over the parking lot to make sure she found exactly what we wanted. She didn’t quit until we were 100% happy with our selection. She was very professional and timely with everything. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. My husband is a diabetic and his blood sugar was dropping. They sprung into action to make sure he had something to eat to raise his blood sugar back up. I say all of this to say a little kindness goes a long way and when we need a new car again they will get our business again! They have a life time customer in us. They are also very informative about their vehicles.

We have worked with Cindy Evans who has been very helpful to us and very supportive to our mother. This has not been an easy time for our mom as she does not want to move, but Cindy has been concerned, supportive and understanding through the process. Cindy has been available to answer all of our many questions about the process in a very timely manner.

They were very knowledgeable, caring and patient. I really felt like they were there for me to help provide all the info I needed to make the best decision for my Mother. It was comforting to know I had someone to help me in the process when I needed to relocate Mom and place her in an Assisted Living Community..

Lisa was great! We were in a time crunch to find an ALF and she listened to our needs and had appointments made by the next day. Once we selected a facility she was there with us every step of the way to make sure the transition went smoothly. She even arrange for us to use a respite care apartment until we were able to move the furniture in. We could not have gotten this done so quickly and efficiently without her help. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the facilities in the area. Thanks Lisa for making this difficult time much easier.
