CarePatrol was a godsend. I had days to find a home for my family member coming out of rehab following a stroke. Fortunately I was directed to CarePatrol. They have intimate knowledge of countless providers gathered over years of interaction and regular touches. Once my advisor, Marion Lyttle, learned a little about my relative (living skills, geography, financials) she quickly recommended a short list of options. I narrowed the list, Marion led me on a targeted tour, and -- bang! -- I was set! I'm THRILLED with the home we selected, ecstatic how CarePatrol helped it come together so fast, and grateful for Marion's "at your side" care and guidance.

My senior advisor, Nancy Mc Clure has been wonderful. She always has information that is very helpful. Her note taking at every destination has been very thorough and answers all the questions I did not know to ask.

Nancy M with CarePatrol was an angel for our family. She took the time to listen to our needs. She followed through on everything she said she was going to do. On several occasions she went beyond the call, interrupting her day to address issues for me. Once my mom moved in, she stopped by to meet her and make sure everything was in place. CarePatrol is a great organization in large part to people like Nancy.

Care Patrol was very helpful in finding respite care for my mother who was recuperating from pneumonia and could not return home yet. They helped to suggest facilities and arranged a tour. Once my mom was moved, there were follow up phone calls to be sure that we were satisfied. She is back at home now but Care Patrol will be arranging a tour of another facility so that we can be familiar with what is available, should my mother not be able to remain in her home.

CarePatrol made a difficult transition possible. We didn't know where to start. We didn't know what we didn't know. Our representative, Dan, asked great questions about my father's needs and our financial capabilities. Every place he recommended was an excellent fit for care (clean, trustworthy, well-trained, attentive) and affordability. Thanks to him we made our decision between great choices and the best choice. Dan was experienced but even more so he was compassionate. He listened to our questions and our struggles. He set up every visit and accompanied us on each tour. He was flexible when our schedule changed and he was patient when my mother stopped the process a couple of times because she needed more time to adjust to the idea. I've recommended CarePatrol again and again to my friends and would not go through this process again without them.

My husband and I had a good experience and we found the right place for my father with the help of the CarePatrol. It makes the experience easier to deal with. Thank you!
