I met Mel when I was looking for a place for my friend who was in need of full-time care and could no longer live at home. Mel took the time to fully understand her needs so we could find just the right home. She was knowledgeable, kind and caring. Melanie made a stressful time easier for me, my friend and my friend's family. I have recommended Melanie to people that were in need of her service and have always received positive feedback. I am truly thankful that I met Mel and would not hesitate to use her services again should the need arise.

Care Patrol exceeded our expectations in the assistance they provided in helping us find an assisted living facility for a family member. Care Patrol is familiar with the facilities in our area and was able to recommend three places that fit our requirements and budget. Not only did they do the leg work of screening facilities to come up with recommendations based on the family member’s needs but they scheduled and accompanied us on the tours of the facilities and helped in asking and answering questions we had regarding the facility and services provided. Once the family member made her decision on a facility we had to finalize that day to take advantage of a discount being offered. Our Care Patrol escort, Denise Waters, facilitated that process and volunteered to shepherd through the paperwork required prior to move in. She personally contacted the family member’s physician’s office to expedite the medical paperwork and the next day scheduled and personally transported the family member for a chest x-ray required prior to move in. I would highly recommend Care Patrol; it saved us an enormous amount of time and effort. We did not have to respond to the continuous phone calls, mailings and emails typically associated with the search for senior housing.

Laura Day is wonderful: highly competent, effective, and caring. She not only found an excellent memory care facility....but also arranged for my mother-in-law's furniture to be moved and set up before she arrived...and met her at the facility to help her get settled. She followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going well. A delight from the very beginning. I highly recommend her.

First you need an experienced Care Patrol person who understands the needs of the caregivers and the person receiving the care. Kirsten Copenhaver was the best person! She chose four facilities that would best fit our needs, gave us the tour and we chose the facility on the same day. She then initiated to transfer paperwork for our relative and coordinated all move procedures. We would never have been able to do this on our own. Many thanks to Kirsten for all of her help and guidance.

Our Care Patrolers Mark and Mickey were very kind and helpful. They would not slow down or give up until we found the perfect for my parents. We highly recommend this company.
