Roxana came into our lives at a very crucial moment in our family’s life. My Mom had been hospitalized and then spent 5 weeks at the Plumtree in rehabilitation. The social services director put Roxana in our lives. She was so expeditious and professional by lining up 4 group care homes for us to look at. We visited one first of all that was two blocks from our home and her Doctoes office and had a 24 hour staff on hand. The place was perfect for her and us. Professsional staff, clean and beautiful surroundings and more than I ever expected. She cut through the paperwork for us and helped emensely with everything right on through the entire process. Care Patrol was awesome! I live in Massachusetts and my cousin lives in Florida. She was in Health South and was transitioned to assisted living so smoothly. I got so much help as well as assurance that my family member would be safely taken care of. They made it so easy for me to take care of a family member even though I was in a different state.
