I would have been lost without Care Patrol. When my Mother's health declined unexpectedly, Kim was AMAZING. Living out of state from my Mom meant I did not know the area, the resources, who to turn to, or who to trust. Kim made a painful experience unpainful, expedited the process and was so caring and compassionate that my Mother moved to an assisted living facility within a week and without resistance. This was a huge accomplishment and Kim and Care Patrol deserve all the credit. I cannot thank them enough!!!

The social worker at the hospital where our relative was being discharged in only 2 days recommended Care Patrol. The SW briefed Deb thoroughly about our relative's care needs. Deb was in touch with us within hours, did her homework,and the next day toured us to 3 group homes, all of which would have been very suitable. She was available again that very evening to help us see one more time the group home we favored and remained in touch as we completed paperwork and moved our relative in. It was a high pressure situation, yet never did we feel pressured by Deb. We truly felt she was an ally and advocate in helping us pick a clean, bright, and caring place for our relative. Thank you, Deb!!!!

When we received a timely recommendation to Care Patrol from our father's primary physician office, he had already been through a hospital incident and was in rehab. Per his visiting doctor assessment, he needed skilled nursing and 2-person assistance, which he could not get at his apartment. A crisis alternative to place him in a local ALF (Assisted Living Facility) was needed. Care Patrol's Lisa Lawrence who works in Pinellas County, Florida was amazing! We knew nothing of the local ALF resources in the area close to dad and were not given any lists or better guidance by websites or case managers. We started working with Lisa, who worked with her available contacts at the local ALFs to generate a quick list of possible facilities that would meet dad's medical needs, financial condition and had availability. A sudden medicare notice of non-coverage had been issued on a Friday. Lisa worked even through a long holiday weekend to get Dad evaluated and placed immediately afterwards, just as Medicare funding ran out at the rehab facility. He was placed in a very good long-term ALF facility two days later. Lisa is knowledgeable, caring and accessible. We highly recommend you seek her out if you have similar needs!

I worked with Meda. She was incredibly accommodating, sensitive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My mom did not want to move, and Meda worked with a resistant client with compassion, patience, and grace.

Care Patrol could not have done better. Brittany and Jerry were most helpful in finding an assisted living facility that was close to me and within our insurance parameters. And, it only took a couple of days. Jerry showed me two places that were perfect, but over our budget. The third facility, The Fountains of Hope in Sarasota, Fl. is a terrific fit for my girlfriend of 30 years. The staff is very caring and well trained. I cannot say enough good things about Care Patrol. Thanks, again to Brittany and Jerry.

Diane was Fabulous ! She stepped in to help me for an emergent admit for my mom Lorraine and was so kind and caring towards her and myself. There is no way I could of done any of this without her. She was honest and up front about everything and very knowledgeable about everything. She is an angel and was so much appreciated beyond words !! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!

Roxana D was fantastic. She was able to find memory care facility options for my wife in an extremely short notice situation (2 days). She communicated with me constantly and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks to her round the clock efforts, everything worked out despite a very challenging situation.
