They do lots of follow-up visits, ensuring that everything is going well. My father-in-law talks about Theron, our Care Patrol consultant, all the time. Tonya Hall, the CarePatrol associate who gave assistance to us, did a fantastic job of providing information about different facilities, arranging tours of the facilities, and giving good advice based on experience. My communications with both Tonya and Amanda were always answered in an extremely timely manner. Their help was invaluable in finding an assisted living facility for my mother.

I would definitely recommend CarePatrol to any one in need of their services. Tammy Brewer invested a lot of time and energy last year for my Mom when she was in need of a new Assisted Living residence. She made sure she fully understood my Mom's challenging care needs before recommending several options. I personally appreciated how Tammy would make it a point to tour each option with us and was always willing to assist us with any of our questions and concerns.
