Lori VanDamme has been such an amazing help!! She has helped we TWICE to find a home for my Mother -- I literally don't know what I would have done without her!! It can be so scary to navigate the world of assisted living. She knows the ins-and-outs and is very honest and transparent. She is very attentive and has always been there to answer my calls and provide insight. I would recommend her service to anyone!

Jane Nichols was an invaluable partner when I first brought my mom to this area for recovery and again when we found a new facility more suited to her improved health status. Jane went over and above to help: assisting my husband in decorating my mother's room for her arrival, picking us up at the airport, and then later helping us find her second facility. She has even stopped by to visit my mom when she was in the area. CarePatrol is a wonderful service and Jane is perfectly suited to the franchise.
