Care Patrol staff made the search for a new residence for my brother very easy. They did all the research and footwork for me to find an assisted living situation that met my brother's specific needs and wants. I would highly recommend them.

The agent I was hooked up with was Jerry Harrah. He was outstanding! He showed me places that were right on target for the kind of facilities I was hoping to find. Because I'm not from Florida he even offered to meet me at a local Starbucks when we first went looking and when I made a decision to go with Tuscan Gardens, he met me at Starbucks again to take me there to talk with them and start the paperwork. On the way back to the coffee shop he offered to help me with furniture and whatever else I thought I would need to do for my sister's move. He even said he could pick up her favorite snacks and deliver them to Tuscan Gardens for me and if I needed, he would pick up her homemade breakfast muffins from my house to take to the kitchen at the facility. Talk about above and beyond service! He's a great guy, a real comfort during my stressful time and a wonderful asset to Care Patrol. Thank you for sending him to help me.
