Tonya did an excellent job of explaining how the long term care insurance would work and gave us information about applying for a Veteran's benefit which will really help. She was kind and patient with the long process we went through to find just the right place. I highly recommend Care Patrol!

Anthony was beyond accommodating . He listened and found an assisted living facility that fulfilled all of our needs. Also time was of the essence and he wasted no time in finding us a place within a day! He also followed up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly.

Terri Harvey understood the pressure we were under to find a board and care facility that would be our needs (and criteria from the family) in a timely manner so that mother would not have to be moved twice and we would not have to make several trips. We communicated by phone and text primarily as we had to make the best use of our time in the area. Terri was obviously knowledgeable about the area, the homes & their owners, the credentials & licensing, the vibe in the home, etc. We are so thrilled with the facility that was at the top of Terri's list!
