Jane Nichols was and is an incredible resource for us and helped us find a wonderful small group home for our son. Besides her incredible knowledge of options, Jane was caring and compassionate. In addition, she remains involved and is working with the facility to make sure the placement is the right one and works out for everyone, keeping us "in the loop". We would enthusiastically recommend Jane to anyone looking for a place to live for a senior or disabled individual.

Jim was amazing! He recommended facilities, he also met me at each site and attended the screening sessions and interviews with me. He even went out of his way to pick me up at work and bring me to an interview and tour. He also made himself available evenings and weekends to answer my questions and help me navigate through the decision process by highlighting things that were important for me to consider. Every person's needs really are a bit different and Jim has the ability to understand your needs and match you to a facility that has the best chance of meeting them.
