I truly don’t know what I would have done without the services of Care Patrol! They listened to our specific needs, provided us multiple/individualized options and continued to follow up with us after placement of my family member. The sincerity and helpfulness of Dan and Geri were truly phenomenal!

Care patrol made the entire process seamless and quick. We were able to find placement for my dad in under two hours. Deb followed up with us and gave us amazing emotional support during a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend using Care Patrol than trying to do it yourself on the internet.

It’s taken me a long time to circle back around to writing this review, but it is long overdue. Last July, my devoted, loving uncle and forever dear friend fell suddenly very ill. He never married and never had any children, and I was his sole decision maker. It happened so suddenly that I was left without really being able to talk to him in a meaningful about what he would want, how to give him the dignity he deserved or even how to pay for it. After nine days in ICU, a few days in a regular hospital room and a couple of days in a skilled nursing facility, because of the nature of his illnesses and his condition I realized that he would never again be able to live at home, take care of himself and live any kind of a life that was anywhere approaching what he would want. And that regardless of how much longer he had left, I need to figure out what the best next option would be. I had never been responsible for these kinds of decisions before, and I badly needed help. The people at his SNF recommended Care Patrol to me, and I contacted them. I left a message for them and they immediately contacted me. We had a couple of very detailed conversations and they counseled me on our options and patiently explained how things work and answered every one of my questions. One option they discussed was a hospice inpatient facility (Citrus Valley Hospice in West Covina, CA) that involved no financial benefit whatsoever to Care Patrol but was truly our best option. He died there 2 1/2 days after checking in, and it was a godsend. Care Patrol helped me more than I can express. They were kind, professional, knowledgable, thoughtful, wise, compassionate and great at what they do. They truly had his and my best interests at heart first and foremost and gave me invaluable advice. And their services were free. I would recommend them heartily to anyone needing this kind of assistance. I am forever grateful. I wish them the best always.
