I've used CarePatrol twice in the past two years and can't say enough about how helpful they were in finding an Assisted Living for my mother when we were in a crisis situation AND recently for my stepmother who needed an Assisted Living with a memory unit for her rapidly progressing Alzheimer's Disease. Both Jodi and Steve were knowledgable, helpful and had useful referrals and information to get us through the process. I don't know what my sister and brother and I would have done without them. The process is too overwhelming to do on your own. We are very happy with the outcome.

mark did a fantastic job of finding a place for mom..he went an personally met her an made a evaluation of what he thought would be the best care..i like the facility he set us up with..he also worked fast which we needed..thx mark..

Sarah was exceptionally helpful and overall just a wonderful person. My family and I would have been lost without her help. Her knowledge and her making of appointments for us at various homes and knowing which ones had availability, was extremely beneficial and removed a huge and stressful burden from me and my siblings. The information packets and checklists she provided were also very helpful. Mary Free Bed put us in a horrible time crunch, moving their ambiguous date of release to one week after we learned my father's diagnosis and what kind of care facility in services would be the most beneficial for him. And again, Sarah is just an angel for everything she did. I am so grateful.

I have been working with Scott Ogburn from Care Patrol for about six weeks. I needed to find an Assisted Living Home for my 91 year old mom. Somewhere she could afford and I didn't want it to be like a nursing home. Scott was very helpful in finding such a place for my mom. He is now helping me find an Assisted Living Place for my brother. Scott is patient, kind and very helpful in dealing with these situations. I can't say enough good things about him.

Our advisor Shane was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding homes for my mom and disabled older brother. Her knowledge of the homes available and ability to match the homes to the needs of my mom and brother was amazing. She made the process , though daunting, very easy. I would not hesitate to use Shane's services again should the need arise.
