Mata has a life time of experience caring for the people we hold dear. It shows when she explains how her facility works and how they will take care of our loved ones. The house where my Brother-In-Law will live is immaculate and set up with features that make it easy to move around the house, shower, etc. The neighborhood where the house is is very quiet and the landscaping of the surrounding area is very pleasing to the eye. The supporting nurses were friendly and I'm sure my Brother-In-Law will feel safe, secure and happy to be attended to by them. Michael Odland

She was very knowledgeable about all of the locations and availability near us and was professional and kept us informed everyday until we found the perfect place . Words cannot possibly express our gratitude to Jane Nichols of Care Patrol whose assistance, guidance, and leadership were invaluable to the smooth transition of our loved one from a rehabilitation hospital to an assisted living facility. We could not possibly have made this extremely challenging move without Jane's guidance and advice. She provided excellent options, toured various facilities with us, arranged every visit, thought of every detail, explained the pros and cons of each big decision, and took as much care of us as if we were family members, all the while checking with us to provide exemplary service and responding to our needs, questions, and concerns. This extraordinary woman knows and understands every possible detail involved in this kind of transition. She made a very complicated situation and multiple decisions seem effortless. In addition, she made all necessary arrangements for us, including many that we had not even thought of. She even took our loved one's very large golden retriever to visit him in the hospital because she knew it would lift his spirits. She not only knows and understands every single issue that could occur regarding such a move and how to address each one, she does so with finesse.
