Barbara was amazing! She helped me on pretty short notice, escorted me to very appropriate facilities for my needs. I am delighted to be at ease about the next level of transition for my Dad knowing that she will be available to assist in that as well. Barbara is very pleasant to be around and the relationship that she had with the personnel at each place we went to speaks volumes to the fact that she has an actual relationship with the homes we went to and that she's not just a realtor for the caretakers of the infirmed.

Heinz with Care Patrol made this difficult process of placing my mother in assisted living much easier to handle. He has personal experience as well as choosing this work as a career. Mark Sylvester, of Care Patrol of Northern Arizona, was fabulous. He helped me find a great group home for my 95-year-old mother. Mark interviewed me to find out her needs, and what she could afford. He researched the homes that were a good fit. He gave me a full description of the homes, including state health department inspection records. He drove me around and showed me the homes, and put me on the waiting list of the the homes I liked. And he contacted me when a room became available. His services were invaluable. I recommend this service highly. It saved me long hours of researching and touring care homes.
