Worked closely with Deb Scholl to find a Retirement Community that had independent living/memory care/health care, all in one package. With her assistance we found a community that has all of that at a price we could afford and were able to select a great unit to move into.

Alot of questions I failed to ask, that I am NOW aware of to ask! Wish CarePatrol asked various QUESTIONS for me! These Care Centers SELL hard & present a ROSEY picture during their sale. However, once a resident arrives, it's different story! WISHED to have thought to ask JUST one (1) serious question? Is Facility FULLY staffed at 100%???? How OFTEN is there turn over? How long has Director been with Institution? Has Covid-19 effected turn over? Is facility forced to hire care takers that are new to the industry due to limited employment interest due to Corvid-19?? ALL these questions makes a HUGE difference in the CARE of your Parent! At Cadence Living Huntersville the turn around in ALL Staff, from Directors, Activity Director to Cook to Indivdual Care Taker, is: Days, Weeks, to 2 mos to 1 year! LOTS of issues to work out!!!. I've had to ask 4 times for several things; Took 2 wks for the following (as provided NO CHECK-IN Information Documents, only sales). Such as..."Weekly Menu", Salon Visit, No real help with Dad to dress in AM; out of PJs, Matching Shoes. Receive photos of other residents, seldom photo of Dad with fellow Memory Care residents that are in his Assessed Level 1. The Patient Portal App. of Daily schedule for Dad says "Out Door Nature Walk at 4-5pm". This ONLY occurred once. IF things dont improve in the next 6 wks, Dad is relocating. His happy postive attitude during this HUGE change in his life just crashed after 2 wks due to waiting for several events to occurr; hair cut & pedicure and specially NO dinner on Easter at 5/6pm due to NEW care taker and shift change; staff communicating poorly! Dad's Trust level is being lowered as something else is happening inside & improvements are NOT being made on a timely bases....due to numerous new staffing that continues to fail. Best Regards.

The attention and service that Lincoln and Jason provided was excellent. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because a couple of times I was expecting one of them and the other showed up.

I was overwhelmed with what to do or where to start, when I was told about CarePatrol. I am grateful that CarePatrol was able to help me get started on the process to find a home for my husband with Alzheimer's. Mary Ann was wonderful and provided options to consider as well as literature to help me understand what was available in my area for placement as well as agencies that are there to help. Even during COVID with limited touring opportunities, she was able to schedule one and accompanied me on the tour and shared good insight. My husband is successfully placed in one of her suggested locations.

Was extremely helpful in guiding us to what options were available to us. Mary Ann was easy to work with and so nice and pleasant.

Our family had already been in agreement with the facility that was eventually chosen, Elmcroft of Washington Township. Your company provided some of the reference info we needed to finalize the choice for our parents.

Rob Graham was extremely tuned in to our needs in placing my parents in assisted living. He provided us with quality options and was always helpful. He was a godsend when needed.

Very good service. The only negative was the number of places suggested that were beyond the price range we had given.
