I dialed the number for CarePatrol in desperation, believing the call would result in another dead end, or worse, another agency seeking to take advantage of my distress. I could not have been more wrong. Cheryl Richards returned my call immediately. From that very moment, she took me by the hand. With a peaceful and calming presence, Cheryl led me with a guiding light while I was blinded by one of the most painful demands life can impose - move the love of your life from the hospital and locate an assisted living facility. Cheryl tolerated my frantic behavior with compassion, kindness and without judgment. She performs with a level of knowledge, excellence and caring not of this world. She made the process quick working through the weekend. I believe I called on a Thursday. The following Monday evening, my husband was sleeping in the most amazing assisted living home. She still checks on him. This I know to be true - when I encountered Cheryl Richards, I encountered a true Angel in human form.

Kari was very helpful, very patient. She took me to various places so I can compare and pick out the most appropriate for us. Had a wonderful experience and found my husband a great place I can feel safe leaving .

CarePatrol made the process of looking for an Assisted Living Home for my mother easy. It was nice having help understanding the in and out of looking at places. We mainly went to the ones we were interested in and it helped having someone else ask questions we were stumbling with, or may not have thought of. Did not feel quite as pressured when visiting the facilities as if we may have felt on our own.

My brother and I knew it was time to move our Dad from Independent living to Assisted Living. Nancy McClure had been showcased in our local paper, and we called her. It was the best move we ever made! Nancy met with us, and we outlined our situation, and gave her our needs and requirements for a new facility. After that meeting, she arranged for us to see three AL facilities (upper priced, middle price range, and lower price range) as well as meals with the facility. Her knowledge of facilities was extensive. She spent the day with us touring each facility, and asking questions we had not thought of. At a later time, she also met with our Dad so she felt he was a good candidate for the facility we had chosen. The long search short...we have moved our Dad to the AL facility of our choice, and are happy with it. Nancy's input and assistance was invaluable. We would recommend her to anyone, as well as Care Patrol.

Theron was absolutely amazing. I can't even believe there is someone out there that is as kind and helpful as he is. I have been going through a really rough few months and have been trying to avoid placing my dad into assisted living, when I got the call that I was going to need to do that I was at a loss. Luckily, someone recommended Theron and that changed everything for me. He really cared about my situation and wanted the right fit not only for my dad, but for the rest of our family. He is truly an amazing person and I am so lucky to know him.
