Sharon Meekin was wonderful! She found the perfect place for my dad and was warm and caring during the whole ordeal. She made it less threatening than it could have been since this was the hardest decision I ever made in my life.

Excellent Service and Experience regarding Senior Care

Did everything that was initially suggested in a timely manor.

Outstanding! Mark Sylvester literally solved our Mom's Seinior housing needs in just hours and on a Sunday no less! We were in desperate need of an emergency placement for Mom upon her pending discharge from the Hospital, he not only found a perfect fit for Mom at Rolling Hills Manor in Prescott but he transported her upon discharge as she could not get up into our truck. We are very greatfull to Mark at Care Patrol for going above and beyond when we truly needed help and Care Patrol had all the answers! Thank you Mark. Robert and Anita Havelin

When we made the decision that are loved one needed assisted living, we realized we needed help. Then we were introduced to CarePatrol of Muskegon. Within a short period of time our loved one was assessed and there were several options for placement. The option chosen is ideal for our loved one's situation. THANK YOU! Karla, Tiffani, and Nichol for all you have done for us!

Tammy Brewer with Care Patrol really came through for our family during a very difficult time She assisted us in finding a facility for my dad and was very thorough and prompt. We are so thankful. Thank you Care Patrol. Will recommend to family and friends!

Having never dealt with a mental illness before, and knowing that Mom needed care that we were no longer capable of providing, our family was looking for guidance, and that guidance came from CarePatrol. They have helped us, especially our father, find a place for Mom, and then find another place that was more suitable for her condition. They have been very supportive, informative, and comforting in the hard decisions that had to be made for the benefit of the entire family. I would highly recommend your service and staff. Thank-You from All of us.

Michelle has been part of my family's resource for about 4 years as we worked through the stages of my mother's alzheimers. She was always available, comforting and a wealth of information when it came to finding the best care for her. She saved us time, and as a family we appreciated evertything she did.
