We had been “ over our head” with my sister in law diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s in Jan, 2019 and we moved her from Gadsden, Ala to stay with us. When her Neurologist noted that she needed more help than we could continue to give her. We needed to find an assisted living that included a memory care unit. I asked the Md how do we start to find such a facility. She noted there was a couple that was part of Care Patrol that many of family members of her patients had used with great results. It was the best move we could have made. Beth and Patrick has such great insight into many of those assisted living that I had listed to check out. They saved us countless number of hours as they narrowed down that she wanted to live in a small town like Oak Ridge. They met with us and asked my sister in law what she wanted. She wanted in the country . Wanted from her room to see trees, flowers and birds...not look out to a brick wall or parking list.. she found her forever home. Will always be greatful for their patience and kindness with my sister in law.

CarePatrol, Michael, did a great job finding assisted living facilities and supporting us duringa difficult time. He actually joined us during our visits. Wow! Fully recommend.

outstanding service for the whole family. care patrol goes over and beyond to help during the difficult transition to place loved one in a facility best matched for mom and are compassionate and patient with the emotions involved. care patrol also knows facilities and availabilities (cost, services, etc) very well and accompany family members on tours. quick responses for my texts, calls, and in person. the local va recommended care patrol because of the positive outcomes too. i will always be grateful to care patrol!

What a wonderful find during our time of chaos and fear when we realized mom couldn't take care of herself any longer. Someone with knowledge came to hold our hand and educate us and help us search for the right facility. So very grateful!
