I don't give 5 stars very often, but Deana at Care Patrol was amazing. She was instrumental in our ability to very quickly choose a wonderful place for our family member...beyond our expectations! She also followed up weeks later to see how everything was going. She made what would have been an arduous task, very pleasant. Cannot say enough! Absolutely 5-Star service! Thanks, Deana!

Excellent assessment of needs and well matched to facilities visited. All moved in to the facility and we are so happy. People have commented on what a great job in getting the move done so smoothly but CarePatrol made it possible.

Our representative Bruce Lopes helped us thru a very trying time and gave us information, found options where we could place our loved one based on health care, financial considerations, location. We could have not found the perfect place and made it happen without him.

Our CarePatrol representative was a great young man by the name of Eric and he was awesome. We could not have gotten through the next step of my brother's stroke without his assistance, knowledge & support. Eric was a professional and caring ally through the entire process.

Tammy Brewer is great to work with. She was helpful and so efficient getting back to our family anytime we needed her. She found the most wonderful personal care home for my Dad and we are very happy. We would highly recommend Tammy and Care Patrol to anyone that might need this type service.

I am the POA/Guardian for a verteran who was suddenly discharged, after an incident from the local VA Hospital. I was completely unprepared for what was to follow over the next two weeks. My Care Patrol representative stepped in just as I was feeling overwhelmed with all that was coming at me way to fast. He calmly led me through what to expect and was a huge help in getting my dear friend settled into a wonderful care home that was perfectly suited for him.
