Absolutely wonderful service! Anthony went out of his way and spent a lot of time & numerous trips to look at different facilities. We are located out of state and don't know how anyone could possible arrange an assisted living facility on there own. It took a lot of stress out of finding a facility for our dad. I would highly recommend his services and will use him again if necessary.

Finding Mary Ann Pickell from Care Patrol was such a blessing. My mother’s Geriatrician told me that I had to place my mother in a memory care facility within 3 weeks. I was devastated that my mother would not be able to stay with my family, nor return to her own home. There are so many agencies that provide senior placement services, but someone recommended Care Patrol to us. My husband and I met with Mary Ann, and by the end of the meeting it felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. My husband and I had no idea how to go about searching for the right memory care facility for my mother. Mary Ann was able to provide us with literature about Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as local senior care programs. After discussing many options for my mother, Mary Ann scheduled visits for us to see several programs that could provide excellent memory care. Mary Ann Pickell has been our guardian angel from the first time I met her until the last time I spoke with her after my mother’s placement. Mary Ann was knowledgeably about all aspects of senior care, but most importantly, she was kind, caring, thoughtful and respectful. In the end Mary Ann helped us find the perfect facility that met all of my mother’s needs, as well as finding us a place that we could financially afford. Mary Ann went above and beyond to help us through this process. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Mary Ann and the Care Patrol program. I would highly recommend Mary Ann Pickell and Care Patrol to any family that is looking for the perfect place for your loved one.

Words cannot express our appreciation for Care Patrol in helping us place our mom. We were referred by the doctor to assist with this placement. Anthony Coleman responded the same day and immediately started the process. Lori Vrcan took over and within 2 days we had our first visit at an assisted living facility. Within 2 weeks we were finalizing placement. This would not have happened without their guidance. On move in day, Lori came to the facility to meet our mom and help ease the stress of this transition. She brought our mom a personal gift based on our conversations with us. This was an unexpected surprise and we truly appreciate her thoughtfulness. Again, words cannot express our appreciation for Care Patrol.
