He was extremely knowledgeable about the policies and day to day operations of multiple facilities. He is very easy to talk to and very good about returning phone calls and getting answers to all of our questions. He accompanied us on several tours. I would recommend him to anyone needing an “expert” to help them navigate through this difficult time for families.
