We worked with Sharon Black who was outstanding! Very attentive and responsive to our needs on very short notice. She was truly a God-send in our time of need as we looked for a memory care facility for my father. She was very professional but also very caring. We could not have gotten through this difficult time without her and CarePatrol. Their service makes a very overwhelming process as comfortable as possible. Sharon found facilities with openings, took us to look at them and even helped arrange transport. It was such a relief to have someone in our corner to handle the details as we were all still reeling with emotion. Thank you Sharon and CarePatrol for all you've done for our family.
