Richard Russo was wonderful. He listened to our family's needs and interests and made valuable suggestions and gave good advice. We felt no "sales" pressure and believed he had our family's best interests in mind. We did some research and visited some communities before contacting him. We ended up choosing the community he recommended. We are really happy he was referred to us. I have already given his name and contact info to 2 friends.

My consultant, Mark Sylvester, was caring, considerate and kind. He relieved much of the stress of transitioning my husband from the hospital to a memory care unit, There are many details and complications in this process and Mark made it easy for me to focus on the most important parts and not have to deal with details. He is a soft spoken, courteous and thoughtful man. I would call on him if my needs require me to do so in the future.

We were referred to CarePatrol and Cas by a social worker at Hillcrest of Raleigh at Crabtree Valley for my aunt who had suffered a stroke and 100% change in life. Cas was incredibly conscientious, kind knowledgeable, efficient, empowering, and caring.
