I was delighted to connect with Meda Green to find a facility with great staff who understand about Dementia and know how to care for those who have Dementia like my mother. Meda chose two and my sister and I were happily surprised at the loving care found at the second one we toured. It would have taken us months to find a facility on our own, and maybe not with the high quality the one Meda had chosen for us. We have connected with CarePatrol twice and would not look anywhere else to find quality facility care.

The CarePatrol team really cares and advocates for people who need help and have no idea how much work it takes to maneuver the system. This team listened to what I had to say, they empathized and gave me support, and then went to work finding the right fit for my family dilemma and budget. I loved how much they cared for someone they hadn't even meant personally yet. The team came highly recommended to me and I would do the same and pay it forward!

Kisha was both helpful and patient as we had to wait for guardianship hearings prior to get finances for the placement. Then she rushed around the day we knew we had access to funds. Love her and would absolutely recommend her! ❤️

Our family was in crisis mode; our beloved dad suffering the effects of dementia and his wife who had been admitted to in-patient rehabilitation for a fracture hip and arm. We needed a safe home for dad and we needed it fast. Many thanks to his doctor for giving me the card for Care Patrol just days before David with Care Patrol jumped into action to help facilitate my dad's transition to his new home. I reached out to David on a Sunday night from the hospital bedside thinking I would be leaving a message for a return call sometime on Monday. To my amazement David called me back and we discussed the urgency of dad's need to be transitioned to a safe place within 23 hours. David confidently told me he would do some research and call me back Monday morning by 9 AM. He not only kept his promise to call me back but exceeded my family's every expectation. He facilitated a tour and meeting at Spring Arbor at 10:30 AM, where we can now call dad's new home. His calm assurance and diligence in being our advocate made the transition seamless. David exemplifies what true caring customer service is all about. Thank you Care Patrol, David is a gem and a definite 5 Star in our book of life!!
