I am someone with extensive professional history in the medical field, and have never felt so comfortable and confident in a 'stranger' helping facilitate care for my family before. She truly was a godsend, through a very rough transition. The hospital staff made Laura's job a bit challenging, due to their lack of experience and infact, weren't very professional with Laura or our family.
