Mary Ann Pickell is so knowledgeable and compassionate as we are looking ahead as Mom's dementia progresses. She gave us great ideas for other home care options we didn't think about and knew a lot about the local personal care and nursing homes. It's hard to navigate this next stage in Mom's life but with Mary Ann's help, we have a great place to start.

I can't say enough about Caressa Mulea of Ocala, Fl. Our family needed to get my brother into care before we left to go to our homes in other states. Caressa sent us the information we needed immediately, even though it was the weekend. She met us at the Brookdale facility and followed up with us even after we had checked our brother in. Great service when we needed it the most

CarePatrol was recommended to us from a social worker. I took on my 83 year old Great Aunt, and just 3 weeks into caring for her she lost her balance, fell and broke her shoulder. I was so overwhelmed as my husband and I are doing this on my own and we have four children to still take care of. They have been there for us and are a wealth of knowledge as information. After another fall, I had to place my Great Aunt into an assisted living facility for her safety. They helped me take the guilt out of what was necessary. A special thanks to Christie at CarePatrol!
