I worked with Shane Pierard, I found her to be well versed in the facilities available in my area. She has a long standing relationship with the owners and the care givers thereby allowing her to guide the client to the situation best for their individual needs. She was professional as well as kind. I was also happy that she kept me in the loop and always followed up on details.
