CarePatrol truly saved the day for my family. My aging parents suddenly needed to move from Florida to Ohio to live near me & my family. We were clueless as to how to even begin to find, not only the best fit for them in an independent-living senior residence, but one where they could move to assisted-living when that time comes AND would accept Medicaid at some point, as well. We only recently became aware of my parents’ actual financial situation & had to act fast to try to find ways to stretch their remaining funds to keep them living independently as long as possible. We knew an Assisted-Living residence would be needed in their future, but is not needed quite yet. We quite by accident discovered CarePatrol and are SO glad we did! Anthony & Lori visited us at our home and we were at ease with them immediately. Through our conversation & their questions, they were able to determine the best possible fit for my parents’ needs, wants & budget. Lori then took over & took us to visit several possibilities & in the end, the choice was obvious to us: Liberty Residence 1 in Wadsworth fit the bill! Lori was always available to us throughout this time of visiting, narrowing down, and choosing a residence. Questions would arise and Lori always made sure to answer them, or if she didn’t know, would promptly find the answers for us. I cannot say enough about the load that she & CarePatrol were able to take from our shoulders! It would have taken me weeks of online research, phone calls, appointments, tours & more research to get our best options narrowed down. Working with Lori & CarePatrol, it took just a few days! Lori has such a good rapport with both the on-site residences AND customers like me. And in the process, I feel like I truly gained a new friend in Lori! And most important - my parents are moved and almost settled in their new apartment - and they are happy there! I am so relieved! My thanks to Lori, Anthony & CarePatrol for making what could have been a nightmare an actual pleasant & satisfying experience! I will highly recommend Lori, Anthony & CarePatrol to anyone who needs assistance in locating the perfect senior residence for themselves or their loved ones!

Julie Derry is fabulous! Even Blanca that answered my first call was so caring and helpful. I honestly don't know how I would have navigated without Care Patrol. It was an emergency situation and Julie emailed me options within hours of my initial call, then promptly met with me the next day to take me to different facilities. I felt so much better to have an advocate, a professional, and someone who sincerely cared by my side. She found the perfect place and made a hectic, stressful, and sad time so much easier. I was very pleased working with care patrol while finding an assisted living facility for my folks. Chelsea and Marysta were both wonderful to work with.
