Care Patrol is THE BEST. Cilla contacted my family almost one year ago. We toured several Communities, but we just weren't quite ready. She touched base with me 3 mos ago. We toured again. This time my family was ready. Care Patrol walked us thru a/o connected us to all the steps in the entire process (including movers & govt. agencies).On Fri, Aug 3, 2019, My Aunt moved into her Asst Livg Apt. Mark Sylvester came to her home, asked all the right questions and then worked tirelessly to help us find the best fit for Mom. He met us and took us on tours of the facilities that best fit our preferences and then stayed in touch and followed up with us through her whole moving process until we, and he, were satisfied that everything was just right... and all of this at absolutely no cost or risk to our family. Mother is now safe and very pleased with her new living arrangement, and that makes all of us very happy, as well. You can't go wrong with Care Patrol as your guide, because they make sure that you don't. I will totally use CarePatrol in the future. I loved that the rep goes with you to the places to be your loved one's advocate. She was available to me at all times with calls, texts and emails. Where applicable, she helps negotiate prices with the facilities based on your budget. She was with me every step of the way.
