I couldn’t have found the right home for my brother without Shawn Barnes. It was an overwhelming experience I couldn’t have handled without his guidance and expertise. He helped me with my choices and was very knowledgeable about each place. He set up the appointments for each visit and accompanied me. We discussed the pros and cons to make the right decision for our family.

Kie guided us through a very difficult process with skill and caring. She found us a lovely assisted living apartment for our father and gave us recommendations for all the other services we needed to facilitate a move from the hospital. We simply could not have managed without her help. We highly recommend her and Care Patrol.

I had no idea where to begin with my search to find a care facility for my mother who has mid-stage Alzheimer's disease. We had very specific criteria that needed to be met, and I had visions of spending hundreds of hours calling care facilities all over the state. Thank goodness my very first phone call led me to Jenn Gomer and CarePatrol. I met with Jenn in person to explain my mother's care needs and her financial limitations. Jenn then scheduled appointments for my sister-in-law and I to tour three different facilities. We were able to choose an excellent memory care home and moved my mom in a few weeks later. CarePatrol made this difficult experience so much easier. I highly recommend them!

I live in Massachusetts. My sister is in Arizona. Care Patrol worked efficiently an effectively in my sister's transition from one home to another home. I cannot praise them enough for their help in this transition. FIVE stars for Care Patrol.

This is such a blessing for families. We had no clue where to start and what to do.Dixie was our case worker. She was very friendly made us feel like we had known her forever. She walked us through everything, gathered information for us, set up appointments and always available to answer all our questions.

Tammy Brewster was very professional and responsive. She found numerous places to consider and we narrowed it down quickly. She found transportation and temporary personal care for my sister. Tammy made this hard experience so much easier. I thank her so much.
