My sister and I were a bit overwhelmed with mom’s medical condition and we knew she needed to move. Missy was able to refine a search and toured us through three facilities, all of which were viable. She was professional and personable, answered emails and calls promptly, and helped us through a difficult time. Thank you for this valuable service.

Our CarePatrol representative, Heinz Kosser, was a godsend to us. He was the epitome of professionalism, mixed with compassion, ethics, knowledge and empathy. He led us through the process of choosing a Memory Care facility for our mom. He answered each inquiry almost immediately and had great suggestions as to which places might work for us, and the strengths of each place. He accompanied us on visits, spent a lot of time on the phone with us, and used email and texts to communicate and to share information. We are confident that, with his help, we have found the very best facility for Mom. Heinz has made himself available to us even after Mom's move into her new home, providing additional helpful information. Thank you, CarePatrol, for providing this invaluable service for our family.

Connie Torrez met with us on a Tuesday afternoon, and by that evening had forwarded information on 4 facilities near our home that could give the kind of care we were seeking for my wife. We toured one of those facilities the very next afternoon, as it had immediate availability. We weren't comfortable with that one, but asked to get a tour of another one that was 0.7 mile from our home. That tour was arranged for the very next day. Although there was no immediate availability, we were both very pleased with the facility. We became number one on their waiting list. My wife was admitted to the facility this week. Connie has continued to touch base with us as we have waited, and will be checking back with us to be sure it is a good fit for our needs.
