My mother had a stroke on 8-4-19 and was in the hospital. After realizing that I couldn't bring her home with us any longer, Kaiser immediately notified Care Patrol. That same day an appointment was set up for the next day. When we arrived at Ocean View Homes we were greeted by Alice ( the administer of the home) and Sam Nazh, from( Care Patrol.) We felt like both of them had wings on. We hugged just like they were family. We knew that was the best place for mom. Sam went ahead of us, to Kaiser hospital to get the paper work started, so mom could go the her new home that same day. Alice and Sam wanted to meet my mom, and Alice brought us homemade Pancit what a special treat that was. What a wonderful combination between Care Patrol and Ocean View Homes they share. My mother passed away at the age of 106 year old. Sam and Alice attended my mothers funeral church service. I would recommend Sam and Alice and the entire care givers not only at the home but through Care Patrol. Thanks for the wonderful care you gave my mom during the last month of her life. I will always appreciate the friendship and love we share.

These ladies, Elise, Erika, and Theresa have a small, but powerful team that exceeds expectations time and time again. Mary Ann Pickell was awesome. I talked to her months ago about getting help at my moms house. Which I chose not to use at the time. On Sunday I called Mary Ann Pickell she was fantastic got me in to see a memory care facility that morning and kept calling others. Got me another appointment for one on Monday. She kept in contact with me throughout the days by text and phone. With mom in and out of emergency room and hospital giving mom the wrong drugs. Mary Ann Pickell was right there with me like a fantastic friend. She listened to my worries, my frustrations and my tears. She is the best and will carry her card with me and her # in my phone. So if anyone asks me for help with their parents I am giving them Mary Ann Pickell name!
