Joellen Walker, our CarePatrol representative, provided insightful help and guidance in our search for a memory care facility for my aunt. In culling through the many possibilities in our area, she accompanied us on tours of three outstanding memory care facilities. My aunt is now residing at the one we ultimately chose, and we are thoroughly pleased with the care she is being provided. The process would have been much more confusing and arduous had we not worked with CarePatrol.

Having gone through the experience of looking for assistance in another community for a family member without a resource like CarePatrol, we know how much CarePatrol and our franchisee Jeff helped. Jeff was interested in matching our family member's needs with the best solution for him. Jeff asked a lot of questions up front to get to know both us and our family member's needs. I had the sense that given a different individual with different needs, Jeff would have shown us some different solutions; he wasn't just showing everyone the same places. The leadership staff at the potential homes we visited all knew Jeff and seemed have a good working relationship with him. He went with us to visit the homes and helped us when we forgot to ask a question by either reminding us or asking the question himself of the staff. Ultimately, CarePatrol helped us identify a place where our family member is happy and fits within the budget we were working with. I would trust Jeff from CarePatrol again if I were looking for help with another family member.

Mary Ann Pickell, who covers the Allentown, PA area, is fantastic. She knows the local facilities thoroughly. She listens to what you need and doesn't waste your time showing you places that do not meet your criteria. She makes all the appointments for tours and meets you there. She does all the work, and saves you the agonizing task of finding info online - which many places do not post. When you decide on a place, she keeps you up to date when apartments become available.

My experience with CarePatrol was wonderful!! Ellen Christian is a wonderful, kind, and caring person and was always looking for and hoping for the best for my friend, Barbara Murphy. She met with us in the FutureCare Nursing Facility and helped us find a nice place for Barbara to live where she would be safe and well taken care of. She continued to check up on Barbaraeven when she returned to the hospital to make sure that her move in was successful and what she had hoped for. She also recommended a great mover, Zach John. Zach was a great help to all of us with his care and concern for Barbara's well being and assurance that he would take excellent care of Barbara's household goods. I would highly recommend Zach as well. I am very thankful that these two people were recommended to me and Barbara, and I would highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone in the future.
