Getting someone who was able to navigate where to look during the crucial moments after my elderly Mother needed more care was a serious a concern. Victoria at Care Patrol provided this help and more. She is a wonderful guide who listens to your specific needs and has researched the places in our metro area. She took us around to places that fit our needs and we found a nice place where Mother lived comfortably and safe. I recommend Care Patrol to others and have reached out as Mother’s needs had recently changed. Victoria has once again offered her knowledge and network to help us find a place once again.

Rich and Paul were wonderful. They helped me find the right place for my mom, somewhere I would have never found on my own. I have already recommended them to several people I know. Great job!

We were suddenly faced with the realization that my brother and sister in law could no longer care for my aging bed bound dad and felt overwhelmed by the task of finding assisted living close by that could and would provide quality and thoughtful care for him. In steps Gladys at CarePatrol who did lots of research on my dad and his needs and identified several facilities that could meet his needs. She set of tours for myself and my brother and while all were excellent, there was enough variety in location and amenities that we felt we could select one and find the perfect fit for Pop! He seems happy and well care for there and its Thursday so I know he is getting a visit from the comfort dog they bring in weekly to amuse the residents. We could not have done this without Gladys and CarePatrol.

Randy is a the total package. Knowledgeable on the business end and great with the sincere care he has for his clients. He has been an extremely valuable resource. i would highly recommend him to others with the same needs as I - that is placing my Mom in a great community and guiding us through the minefield that this can be. When we were told that my mom would no longer be able to live in the senior living community where she had been for a year because they wouldn't take Medicaid, we were in a bit of a panic because we had less than a month to find a new place for her to live and get her moved out. Michelle from Care Patrol came to our rescue! We gave her a list of the top items we wanted for my mom's next living situation. The first place she showed us checked off everything on the list! We were able to sign a lease there, downsize, pack and have her moved into the new assisted living center in 22 days. It's been such a smooth transition for her and she's really enjoying her new home. I can't imagine how we would have done this without Michelle's expertise and guidance!

Krista is very trustworthy and knowlegable. When a family member has to make the decision to place their loved one in a facility, she makes it so much easier. Takes quality time to listen to your concerns and needs, and very capable of answering any question that I had. Shows you facilities that meet your family needs. There aren't enough words to explain how wonderful my experience was, and my father is very happy with his new home. Surrounded with 5 men who has also served in the military and the caregiver is outstanding. I highly recommend Krista, she is very responsible!! She reached out to followed-up on different occasions to check on my father and our family. That is rare now days. She is an A-1 Person!!
