Because of our Care Patrol rep, Mark Sylvester, we had what is a difficult time made much easier. Mark coordinated everything from finding a group home within our budget to transport from skilled nursing , hospice, Medicare approval and move in. I would and will recommend Care Patrol to anyone facing these difficult times.

I first came to know Caressa when my wife was at encompass, after a fractured hip, as she had also developed Parkinson’s, I was advised that she would be better off at an assisted living facility. The staff referred me to care patrol where I met Caressa. Caressa with her can do positive attitude was a wealth of knowledge to me. Her knowledge of the care of my wife would need was amazing. She has helped me in making difficult decisions, as my wife’s condition got worse. Caressa is truly an asset to care patrol. I will never hesitate to call her during my time of crisis.

We are very thankful to Care Patrol and to Harshita. They were recommended to us by our parent's physician to help us find living arrangements for our very elderly parents. Our parents had been living in their own home and at 91 years of age they were very frail and were in need of a safe, clean and welcoming new home environment. Harshita helped immeasurably by finding several senior complexes in the Houston area that would match our parents requirements and desires. She made the initial contact with the retirement communities so that when we called them to make an appointment to visit their facilities, they were already aware of who we were and what our parent's needs were. We are happy to say that our parents are very well situated now in their apartment and are receiving the best care possible. We can't say enough good things about Care Patrol especially since the five children all live spread across the United States and it would have been an almost insurmountable task to find our parents a good home. Thank you again Care Patrol for all you did for our family.
