CarePatrol Franchise SystemsReviews of carepatrol.com

Wonderful service from start to finish. Mary Ann was an amazing resource. I really feel she cared about my mother. I cant thank her enough for all she did for us during a very difficult time.

It is not easy to say in a few words just how helpful and supportive the CarePatrol has been for our situation. We were faced with the rapid onset of illnesses of two parents ages 95 and 96, one of which one has dementia. The simultaneous challenges kept changing as we attempted to find appropriate care and interim solutions. The communication with the CarePatrol and the quick response we got as circumstances changed meant we were able to find what was needed for care and also reduce the stress in confronting the complexity of the problems we faced. We are most grateful for their care and commitment to us and our parents.

Carepatrol used their professionalism and my budget to provide me with an alternative to a facility that my husband was in Joellen was great and her understanding and professionalism led me to a new facility for my husband where he is being cared for the way he should be thank you

From my experience and from the word of my mother who dealt with care patrol a lot. I have nothing but great things to say. Anyone in need of assistance with a loved one, these people care and will go the extra mile to make what ever situation your dealing with a whole lot smoother!! Thank you Care Patrol!

Marty, Ed and Lacey with Care Patrol have always gone above and beyond. They have toured my clients multiple times to ensure placement is made in the right facility. They never have said no to making themselves available at the drop of a hat.

Julie, Thank you for helping with the process of finding a home for my mother. She’s doing very well.

Awesome experience!!!!

I was referred to Robin through others that have used her services in the past, and I concur wholeheartedly that she is an invaluable resource if you are looking at elder care facilities (assisted living, independent living, nursing home, etc.) for you or a loved one. She took the time to understand our needs, made recommendations of various facilities to check out, scheduled the tours and appointments for us, and accompanied us on each site visit. She is up front about ultimately being compensated by the facility you choose, but she was not pushy towards any particular facility, and really just wants what's best for the person who will be living there. I high recommend her.
