Every place I spoke with that Brian suggested had high reviews. They also commended Brian on his great work! It was a rough week for my family as we had just lost my dad and we’re desperate in finding the perfect place for mom. He came through and mom seems happy!

Theresa was wonderful to work with. She listened to me and helped me through the whole process. I am so glad she was there to hold my hand through it all

Deb Scholl was our Care Patrol agent. She was very thorough and quick to answer our questions. Enjoyed working with her.

Diane found 3 nearby homes for me to check out. One couldn't take the client. The other two both met our requirements. She was always available to provide assistance.

Dina and Chad were excellent to work with. They took immediate action on all our requests and were able to guide us through the long term care nightmare. Don’t do it alone as we did in the beginning. Call Care Patrol and save yourself a lot of headaches. I wish I had known about them sooner.

Heinz Kosser was an lifesaver for our family. My mother in law has Alzheimer’s and we had to move quickly to relocate her to a assisted memory care facility. His knowledge of all the facilities was such a blessing to us. Heinz set up appointments for us plus went with us to see the facilities. He made a hard decision for our family into a very easy transition. He truly was a lifesaver for our family !!!

Trying to find an Assisted Living place can be exhausting. Care Patrol not only found the places nearby that were in my price range but also set up all the tours/visits. They did all the legwork and the process went so smooth and quick. They are very professional and followed up. I recommend them highly! They took a lot of work out of the process for me. Great service!

Care Patrol was an excellent partner in our search for reliable, positive residences for our family members. They took the time to listen to lengthy explanations of needs, concerns, and experiences and prepared lists of facilities that could meet our needs. They facilitated and followed up on our tours and even checked in several times after the moves to make sure that the transition was going well.
