Anthony Black In AZ and his colleague Robin Edwards in Northern VA are the reasons I am still sane. Their combined knowledge compassion and prompt response in my opinion has been nothing short of amazing while my family and I have faced what to us has been a daunting task. As of last Thursday our AZ experience with Anthony is behind us and we now continue working through issues in VA with Robin’s help.

We worked with Jena Kloepfel and she was very helpful. We told her our wants and needs and she got us a list of places that would work for us. She helped us through every step of the process. Don’t know what we would have done without her. Thank you so much Jena Kloepfel!

Thank you. Todd is amazing and put us at ease. He found us the perfect place for my dad.

Once again Marty has performed a miracle on short notice. Being an only child, I have been seeking her advice for 3 years concerning my wheelchair bound mother. Marty's sincerity and genuine concern for others comes from a career as a health care professional. Her vast knowledge and community relations help to ease stressful and anxious situations. I cannot Thank her enough. You are doing yourself and your Loved ones an injustice by not consulting Marty Keyes-Goodemote and the CarePatrol team. CAPT Brent Dorman USNR-RET VFW Life Member

So appreciated all the time they spent talking with my Mom.

Care Patrol was a Godsend as we looked for memory care facilities for my Dad. They had access to crucial information such as employee longevity/turnover, and how often facilities had incidents that required reporting. They helped make an overwhelming process much easier — and the representative we worked with was outstanding. She even checked on us several times after my Dad moved in, just to see how he was doing. We are so thankful we used Care Patrol.

Caressa is very professional and easy to work with and always goes above and beyond. It’s a difficult time when you have to place a loved one in a community and not knowing which one is the best fit, who to trust and who has exceptional care can be a difficult process but she makes it so easy on everyone involved. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I am so grateful to the social worker at a facility for telling us about Care Patrol. Navigating the maze was so much easier with Jena. She asked us many questions and gave us a lot to think about. Going with us to the facilities was invaluable. She knew what to ask to give us the best information about the places we visited. THANK YOU, Care Patrol!!
