CarePatrol is a wonderful service. Pamela was able to recommend several assisted living facilities based on my mother's needs and personality. She scheduled visits to all the selected facilities based on my timeframe. She was very knowledgeable about each facility. Pamela's help was amazing and made the assisted living choice very easy.

Patrick was very professional, prepared for the first meeting and most patient and understanding in communicating with my mother and the extended family. He was not pushy and gauged his recommendations based on an informal assessment of what type of an arrangement is most preferred by my mother and the family. I cannot express how very grateful I am to Care Patrol's Senior Care Advisor Todd Seidl. Not only a WEALTH of knowledge but sincerely cared about our serious situation to find a suitable place for my 95 year old Mom in declining health. (Before Todd at Care Patrol) we placed Mom in an Assisted Living from July to October which is a very nice looking place with friendly staff but definitely lacked in nursing and overall appropriate hours of care. Mom felt isolated and vulnerable. We soon discovered Mom not in the right Assisted Living for her needs. Someone highly recommended Care Patrol and thank GOD they did. Such a HUGE advantage since Todd knows the facilities VERY well and provided the best direction. Please note, Care Patrol-Todd Seidl saved us valuable time and energy by eliminating homes which would not consider my Mom or suitable for her needs. He dropped everything to help us on a Saturday afternoon and generously spent hours with us. We moved Mom the following weekend to a safe facility with great care. She is much happier and care is much better. Care Patrol takes the "leg work" out of the equation for the family member trying to find the best facility of match needs to appropriate "care". He found a facility with best convenient location for family, one room available and the Assisted Living willing to take my bedridden Mom. Being bedridden made the search very difficult...no one would take her. Todd pulled "rabbit out of a hat" to find a great place for her. Basically due to a "relationship of trust" he had with the Assisted Living Manager he stated her case and they then took Mom into their care. We secured only room available. The advantages to using Care Patrol are numerous. There are so many complicated moving parts in order to make such an important decision. Care Patrol KNOWS their business. They know the "ins and outs" we would have never figured out in a million years or until too late. I learned the hard way its most important to pair your senior loved one with the right level of care. They took the stress out of a very difficult process. My Mom is doing so much better now in the "right" facility for her needs. Best yet...we paid ZERO for this great service in combination experienced a savings of $1,300 less per month than we were paying for less care. Our family will be forever grateful to Todd Seidl at Care Patrol. His experience and knowledge is PRICELESS. Todd ROCKS!!

Care Patrol is absolutely amazing! Extremely wonderful for my elderly parents. I highly recommend them! They treat you like family and really care! 5 stars all the way!
