Bill Lusk was the absolute best. He was always available if my daughter or I had any questions and found a wonderful place for my husband. I would highly recommend him. I wasn't as happy with the agent in Prescott Valley. He didn't show up for our scheduled appointment and was of no help.

Very friendly and helpful!

Michelle at Care Patrol was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. Very thankful that she helped us explore care options for our father early on, so when we later had an urgent need to act, the decisions had been made. We would have been lost without her guidance.

You were most helpful and saved us a lot of time in looking for places for our mother. I would certainly recommend you to someone else. Thanks, Charles

A little over a year ago, after stepping in as a newly promote HFA Administrator, I received a call from our local CarePatrol contact, Rick Young requesting to met over coffee so he could formally introduce himself. I happily obliged and boy am I glad I did. A year later and numerous move-ins later, he is not only one of our top referring sources, but a go-to referral for our sales team when we are unable to accommodate a request for move-in making it a great two-way street for both parties. The first meeting I took with Rick, he was able to explain his process of diligence in choosing a community for his potential residents including digging into and learning more the client before even talking about potential right communities. He then works one-on-one with the community to learn what makes them tick meaning he is able to make super qualified placements in the perfect community for the resident! This is a win-win for both the resident and the community. His dedication to finding the right fit and his compassion for those who are making sometimes hard decisions for a loved one is inspiring. It's truly been a pleasure having Rick as a networking partner and referral source and I look forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come! Cheers to the best in the biz, Rick Young!

I have worked with two CarePatrol consultants. One for my mother on the NW side of Atlanta and the other for my sister-in-law on the NE side of Atlanta. Both consultants are excellent! Friendly and extremely helpful; relieved considerable stress for my family and me!

Thanks for the fantastic service and all the help with placing my Dad in a new facility that could better take care of his growing needs. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone in need of this service without question!

I was so very pleased with the help and guidance I received from CarePatrol in finding the right place and plan for my mom. Ken Knudsen showed much compassion and patience with my family and guided us through the process of making the best decision. I highly recommend CarePatrol!
