CarePatrol is amazing!!! My family and myself were in over our heads, trying to navigate assisted living facilities for our mom. Patrick and Beth were great, knowledgeable and very supportive. They helped us ask questions, they were very in tune with our needs for our mom and we're so caring and concerned that her needs were being met. Lifesavers! Care Patrol was there to help us through a very difficult process as we were not in the area. The time and care they took to help get our relative into their new place were amazing. The communication was excellent, both in-person and over the phone. I will be recommending their services to everyone I know. I am not sure how we would have been able to do this if they were not involved!

Communication and follow-up from the moment of first contact with family members was excellent. We felt that someone was there for us. We felt that we were being informed so that we could address the need to find a great care facility for our 87 year old mother. This was important as several family members live in other states! Not sure what we would have done without this service.
