CarePatrol Franchise SystemsReviews of carepatrol.com

I'm honestly unsure what to do without Peter Bauer's help from CarePatrol. He found the perfect place for my father in our budget. I'm extremely grateful for his time, effort, support and knowledge of the Portland area. I would absolutely recommend Peter and CarePatrol to anyone.

The best way to describe navigating extended care for my mom by ourselves is “Flying Blind”. So many decisions as well as ramifications of those decisions to consider. Cilla Buck from CarePatrol first listened to our situation, explained different care levels, how the Medicaid waiver works, what communities support this and their level of care. I wish we would have spoken to Cilla earlier as we may have made some different decisions. Now, as my mom is moving to assisted living from independent living, I am confident in our decisions based upon the input, knowledge, and true concern that Cilla had & the knowledge she brought to the table. She organized tours at different facilities, laid out costs for us, and was instrumental in guiding us through this trying process. She was incredibly wise in how to address this move with our mom. A very high recommendation for anyone faced with elder care decisions for their loved ones!

Jenn and Connie at CarePatrol were a HUGE support to our family in a difficult time. I will tell everyone I know about this amazing service for families working through finding care for their love ones. They were incredibly responsive and resourceful. We are very happy with the care they helped us find and will continue to sing their praises for making it so easy.

CarePatrol's Bonnie Danker helped my sisters and me find the perfect new home for our mother after our father passed away. She identified appropriate communities for my mom's level of need and facilitated tours and information sessions that helped us narrow our search. Our mom is now relocated closer to us in a beautiful apartment in a supportive and welcoming community.

This was a revisit of my review for this company! I have to give them 5stars for the reason that Jenn was so very helpful and sincere in what she does, even if I ddnt meet her in person, just over the phone. I highly recommend this company for your friends or love ones emergency care needs!

Focused on recommending facilities that provided what we needed for Mom. Location, level of care, flexibility etc.

Meda helped us navigate a very complicated situation with grace and patience. A huge benefit to the process

We feel that the recommendations we were given were optimal for our very elderly parent. It saved us a lot of time and directed us to a facility we wouldn't have identified on our own. It seems to be a perfect fit and we are grateful. The rep was also very helpful in getting things expedited so we could make the move within just a couple of days.
