I worked with Judi and Kie. They went above and beyond to find the right place for my mom. If you are using their services you are probably in a very stressful situation. They cut through the stacks of information provided by the hospital and quickly find what you need based upon your loved ones needs. I would and have recommended them.

Jeff, at Carepatrol did a wonderful job of quickly finding several board and care facilities to evaluate in Escondido. Looking online, it was a bit overwhelming in the beginning before I contacted him. After a few minutes on the phone with him providing him my requirements, I had several leads that fit our needs and budget.I have found a facility that fits my parents needs well! Great job, Jeff. You provide an excellent service to people at a difficult time of life.

I can’t express how valuable Emily was in helping my entire family in getting my mother out of hospital and into a fantastic long term care facility. She was there for us through the entire journey with great information on how the whole system works - walking us through, step by step - with patience, kindness, and invaluable insights. She took the time to understand what my mother wanted (not what you would expect!) and then was very direct and no-nonsense in getting it for her. It was a very stressful time and she was a source of strength and compassion through the whole process. She knew what questions to ask, had great recommendations for home health support, went with us to meet with prospective homes, and was never more than a phone call away. She had a huge impact on the quality of care my mother will receive for the rest of her life, and my family and I will be forever grateful.
