Bruce did a great job of getting us informed, transported, and coordinated on our visits so there was very little surprise and almost all things known for our visits. He was honest, forthright, and direct with his information and opinions. No hidden agendas. No drama. Just plain and simple truth and reality. It was great working with him. We appreciated his approach tremendously.

I had a fantastic time working with Mary Ann through CarePatrol. Mary Ann was incredibly compassionate and always accessible, ready to help us with the next steps in the process. I felt like she was a great guide in finding options for my mom, and she provided us with a uniquely tailored experience in which I felt validated and supported. I greatly appreciated her help and was glad to have found someone like her through CarePatrol to help me with this tough process.

As the nurse in the family when my parents needed to relocate due to my mother's health I was expected to help. Unfortunately despite being a nurse I felt overwhelmed and helpless, not knowing what the options were. I was connected with Bonnie at Care Patrol. She was a godsend she helped me research options near her in Maryland while I stayed in Colorado. She had a personal touch researching things important to my father who is totally able bodied and mentally sharp. When the cross country move fell apart due my mother falling and sustaining a broken back Bonnie was there for us. She offered to be there when my dad flew into close out the assisted living, as he needed to coordinate moving there belongings back to Colorado and help him with any details he needed while she was there. I TRUELY DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE HAD I NOT BEEN CONNECTED WITH BONNIE, SHE WAS PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!:):):):):)

Care Patrol staff, Sam, Blanca and Jerry were very helpful when I had to transition my mother-in-law from a nursing and rehab facility to an sssistedvliving facility. They found a great placement for us and followed up with us on a regular basis.

Julie miller in Sarasota/Venice was outstanding. She went above and beyond the call during a very trying time in our lives and the lives of my parents. I’m a physician in the community and despite experience with health care delivery locally/regionally, I could never have become as informed of the best options for assisted living/memory care for my parents without her expertise and guidance. Truly outstanding.

This is the second time I have used Carepatrol to help with the placement of aging and ailing parents. I cannot say enough how amazing the service is. They really help take the burden and fear out of an extremely stressful situation.

Care Patrol was very helpful in finding an assisted living placement for my Mom. She had a stroke and needed a 30 placement for rehab and gaining back strength before going back home. Care Patrol was able to find a place and set up visits - very knowledgeable about the different assisted living facilities and what they have to offer. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.

Sam Nazh from Care Patrol (La Jolla, CA) is a godsend. His thoughtfulness, care, and support have been a true blessing to my mother and our family. To say he has "gone the extra mile" is an understatement. Sam stepped in to help us all during a chaotic, unexpected crisis by helping find my mother a special place to get the individualized care she needs, a place where she can rest and continue on her road to recovery. I am grateful for Sam's kind spirit and my mother is too. Roughly 2 months of daily visits to the ICU and LTAC hospitals have left our family exhausted and in need of some attention to our own recovery. We can finally rest knowing Mom's in capable, safe, and loving hands. There's no handbook for how to best cope and also support your loved one after a catastrophic brain injury. The challenges are devastating to both the patient and the family. I thank God for Sam and his team's intervention. Mom is doing much better than when we tried caring for her at home. I am so thankful there are people like Sam and those at the residential care home to help my mother and our family during this process of adjusting to our new life.
