We had an emergency situation with my mother. She needed to be in care immediately and she was an 8 hour drive away. Jane Nichols found the perfect place and fortunately there was an opening. We knew nothing about assisted living facilities and through a phone interview, Jane gathered information and expertly got us to the right place, saving us so much time, frustration and doubts. Jane was able to answer all our questions and gave me confidence that we were making the right decision. She put us in touch with Flying Angels to get my mother here. She has also been very welcoming to my mother. I highly recommend Care Patrol. They make a difficult process so much easier!

Sharon Meekin was a light in the darkness during a rough time for my family. I reached out to her in fall 2018 and we had a long conversation about my parents' needs. It became apparent that my parents weren't ready to move out of their home at that time so I thanked Sharon and said I'd reach out again if/when the time came. That time came in fall 2019 and Sharon recalled our conversation and my parents' situation. She listened to me when I needed someone, shared resources, made appointments to visit assisted living facilities and drove us to those appointments. She knew the questions to ask and details about this life transition that were new to my family. I am grateful for Care Patrol and for Sharon's patience, compassion, and kindness.

With only a few days to find an assisted living facility when our aunt was released from hospital rehab, Laura Thibodeaux sent us info on a half dozen facilities that she felt were a good fit for our aunt.We were provided plenty of literature to explain our options. Kris Martinson took us around to two of the facilities that had availability. We found both advisers to be caring, knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a suitable place for our loved one. Highly recommended!
